Welcome to the 6 Figure Bundle.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and participation in the 6 Figure Bundle promotion ("Bundle"). By registering for the Bundle, accessing the Bundle website, redeeming offers, or purchasing the optional VIP Bundle Upgrade, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Bundle Hosts

The 6 Figure Bundle is jointly organized and hosted by:

Sharee Collier of Collier Products & Services
and
Sara Alepin of District Bliss

Throughout these Terms, Sharee Collier and Sara Alepin may be referred to collectively as the "Bundle Hosts," "we," "our," or "us."

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to register for or participate in the Bundle.

3. Bundle Registration

Registration provides you with access to the Bundle claim page during the promotional period.

Registration does not automatically enroll you in every contributor's email list or grant access to every offer. You must individually redeem any offer you wish to receive by following the redemption instructions provided by each creator.

4. Email Communications

By registering for the Bundle, you expressly consent to receive email communications from:

• Sharee Collier & The Summit Host

• Sara Alepin from District Bliss

These emails may include:

• Bundle updates

• Important deadlines

• Access instructions

• Promotional offers

• Future educational content

• Marketing communications

You may unsubscribe from either host's marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in those emails.

Contributor Email Lists

You will not automatically be subscribed to the email lists of every Bundle contributor.

You will only be added to a contributor's email list if you voluntarily redeem that contributor's offer and provide your information through their individual opt-in or registration process.

Each contributor maintains their own email list and privacy practices. Your relationship with each contributor is governed by their own terms, privacy policy, and business practices.

5. Redemption Deadline

All Bundle offers must be redeemed no later than 11:59 PM Eastern Time on September 22, 2026.

After this deadline:

• access to the Bundle claim page may be removed

• redemption links may expire

• contributors are under no obligation to honor expired offers

It is your responsibility to redeem any offers you wish to receive before the deadline.

No extensions are guaranteed.

6. Optional VIP Bundle Upgrade

The VIP Bundle Upgrade is entirely optional.

Purchasing the VIP Bundle Upgrade is not required to access the free Bundle offers.

Digital Product Policy

The VIP Bundle Upgrade consists entirely of digital products, downloads, resources, and/or online access.

Because digital products are immediately accessible, all VIP Bundle Upgrade sales are final.

No refunds, exchanges, credits, or cancellations will be provided except where required by applicable law.

7. Individual Contributor Responsibility

Each Bundle offer is created, owned, delivered, and supported solely by its individual creator.

The Bundle Hosts:

• do not create every included resource

• do not manage contributor businesses

• do not control contributor websites

• do not control contributor delivery systems

• do not provide technical support for contributor products

If you experience problems accessing, redeeming, downloading, or using a contributor's offer, you agree to contact that creator directly using the support email address provided with their offer.

8. No Guarantees Regarding Bundle Offers

The Bundle Hosts curate participating contributors but do not independently review, verify, test, audit, or evaluate every included product or resource.

Accordingly, we make no representations or warranties regarding:

• the accuracy of any offer

• completeness of any offer

• usefulness of any offer

• quality of any offer

• merchantability

• fitness for a particular purpose

• availability after redemption

• compatibility with your systems

• future updates

• ongoing support

Each contributor is solely responsible for the products and services they provide.

9. Educational Purpose Only

Bundle materials are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

Nothing included in the Bundle should be interpreted as legal, financial, accounting, tax, investment, medical, or other professional advice.

You should consult appropriate licensed professionals before making business, legal, financial, or tax decisions.

10. No Earnings Claims

The title "6 Figure Bundle" reflects the intended audience and educational focus of the Bundle.

We do not represent or guarantee that participation in the Bundle will result in:

• earning six figures

• increased revenue

• increased sales

• business growth

• profitability

• specific financial outcomes

• any other business results

Your success depends on numerous factors beyond our control, including your experience, effort, business model, implementation, market conditions, and individual circumstances.

11. Intellectual Property

All Bundle content remains the intellectual property of its respective creator.

Registering for the Bundle grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use redeemed resources for your own personal or internal business use, unless a creator expressly states otherwise.

You may not:

• copy Bundle materials for resale

• redistribute downloads

• share login credentials

• upload products to file-sharing websites

• reproduce Bundle content

• modify and resell Bundle resources where prohibited

• claim ownership of another creator's work

• remove copyright notices or proprietary markings

Each creator retains all ownership rights in their products.

12. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• attempt unauthorized access to Bundle systems

• interfere with Bundle operations

• abuse contributor support teams

• engage in fraudulent redemption activity

• impersonate another individual

• violate applicable laws while using Bundle resources

We reserve the right to revoke access where fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful conduct is suspected.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Bundle Hosts shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to:

• participation in the Bundle

• redeemed products

• contributor services

• business decisions

• lost profits

• loss of data

• interruption of business

• inability to access offers

• expired redemption periods

• contributor websites or systems

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount you paid directly to the Bundle Hosts for the VIP Bundle Upgrade.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sharee Collier, Sara Alepin, The Summit Host, District Bliss, their companies, employees, contractors, affiliates, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, expenses, or attorneys' fees arising out of:

• your participation in the Bundle

• your misuse of Bundle materials

• your violation of these Terms

• your violation of another party's intellectual property rights

• your interactions with Bundle contributors

15. Independent Businesses

The Bundle is a collaborative promotional event.

Nothing contained in these Terms shall be interpreted as creating any:

• partnership

• joint venture

• agency relationship

• employment relationship

• franchise

• fiduciary relationship

between the Bundle Hosts and any contributor.

Each contributor operates an independent business and is solely responsible for their own products, services, customer support, legal compliance, taxes, business practices, and representations.

Likewise, nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between you and the Bundle Hosts.

16. Privacy

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with the applicable privacy policies of the Bundle Hosts.

When you choose to redeem an individual contributor's offer, any information you provide to that contributor will be governed by that contributor's own privacy policy.

17. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material updates will be posted on the Bundle website with a revised effective date.

Continued participation in the Bundle constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.

18. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Bundle Hosts regarding your participation in the 6 Figure Bundle and supersede all prior discussions, representations, or agreements relating to the Bundle.
